What are my delivery options?

Royal Mail 48 tracked - £3.50, or free over £35 (takes 2-3 days usually)
Royal Mail 24 tracked - £4.95 (takes 1 day 93% of the time)
Premium Tracked Next Working Day - £6.95 (guaranteed next day)

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, will be dispatched the following Monday.

How can I track my order?

Log in to your online account and visit 'My Orders'. Here, you will see your order history and the current status of your order. Alternatively, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been despatched.

Do you ship outside the U.K?

Unfortunately, we are currently only able to ship within the UK. If you have a large order do drop us a message and we will see if we can help you

Do you ship all year round?

We occasionally pause shipping when the temperature gets too hot during the summer months. This is to avoid our chocolate melting during transit, ensuring that our products arrive in great condition. If shipping has been suspended, we will make this clear on our website.

How do I add a greetings card to my order?

When you add a product to your basket, you will see an option to add a personalised greeting card for £1.00. Only one greeting card can be added per order.

Can i amend the greetings message?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we are not able to amend the gift message, or add a gift card in.

Yes, our chocolates are made using ethically sourced, single-origin cacao from Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. Are your products palm oil-free?

Absolutely! All Love Cocoa products are completely free from palm oil, as we prioritise environmental sustainability and the production of high-quality, pure chocolate.

How should I store my Love Cocoa chocolates?

To maintain freshness, we recommend storing your chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Avoid refrigeration as it can cause the chocolate to bloom and lose its smooth texture.

Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and proof of purchase must be provided. Returns are not accepted on sale items.

To start a return, contact hello@lovecocoa.com. If your return is accepted, please return the item to the sender address. Please note customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. It may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to appear on your card.
