Our Returns Policy

Do you accept returns?
  • Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store.

- The item has not been used in any way.

- The item should be in its original packaging.

- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

- The return delivery is paid by the customer.

- The return is on a full-priced item (returns are not available on sale items).

Are returns free?

  • Unless products are damaged, we require the customer to cover the cost of sending back any items they wish to return. Unfortunately, returns are not available on sale items.

How can I get a refund?

  • If you want to request a refund, please email our customer service team at hello@lovecocoa.com, who will let you know if you are eligible for a refund.
  • If you are eligible, we are only able to process refunds directly to the card used to place the order or as store credit that can be used on our website.

How long do refunds take? 

  • Once a return has been received, subject to the above criteria, a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. It usually takes up to 10 days further for the money to be received into the relevant bank account. 
  • If you haven't received the money bank into your account after 10 days of receiving a refund notification, please get in touch with us at hello@lovecocoa.com.
