Dark Salted Caramel Ganache: cocoa mass, suger, caramel 13% (sugar, water), concentrated butter (milk), cocoa butter, stabilizer: sorbitol, cream (milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soya), stabilizer: glycerol, sea salt, natural vanilla flavouring, whole milk powder, colouring: E100, colouring foodstuffs : concentrated radish, blackcurrant and apple.
Dark Strawberry Ganache: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, mashed strawberries 10% (strawberries 90%, sugar), whole milk powder, concentrated butter (milk), stabilizer: sorbitol, dextrose, flavourings, stabilizer : glycerol, emulsifier : lecithins (soya), stabilizer: citric acid, colourings : E100, E120.
Dark Cappuccino Ganache: hazelnuts praline 34% (hazelnuts 50%, sugar, lactose), cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, concentrated butter (milk), cappuccino flavoured splits 2% (skimmed milk, sugar, maltodextrine, coffee, modified starch), lactose, whole milk powder, coffee, cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), salt, natural vanilla flavouring.
Blonde Caramelised White Chocolate: sugar, Ecuador cocoa mass 17%, cocoa butter, full cream milk powder, concentrated butter (milk), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: sorbitol, stabilizer: glycerol, cream (milk), skimmed milk, lactoserum (milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soya and sunflower), flavourings, cocoa powder.
Venezuelan Dark Ganache: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa mass (cocoa beans origin Venezuela) 19%, concentrated butter (milk), cocoa butter, invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: sorbitol, stabilizer: glycerol, cream ( milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soya, sunflower), natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa powder.
Dark Raspberry Ganache Heart: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, concentrated butter (milk), invert sugar syrup, stabiliser: sorbitol, whole milk powder, raspberry chips 2,5% (glucose syrup, raspberries), cream (milk), stabiliser: glycerol, flavourings, emulsifier lecithins (soya).
Dark Orange Heart : cocoa mass, sugar, cream (milk), candied orange peels 5% (orange peels, sugar, dextrose, acidity corrector: citric acid), cocoa butter, concentrated butter (milk), stabilizer: sorbitol, dextrose, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), crispy pancakes splinters (wheat flour, sugar, concentrated butter (milk), skimmed milk powder, barley malt, salt), flavourings , coating agent: shellac , stabilizer: citric acid , starch , colourings: E160a, E163.

Our cadbury family story
Love Cocoa was founded in 2016 by James Cadbury the great-great-great grandson of the founder of Cadbury's chocolate, John Cadbury. Inspiredby his philanthropic ancestors, Love Cocoa was founded from James kitchen table.
