We have a delivery box which can send up to 9 chocolate bars or 1 Selection Box + 3 bars, which will fit through the average letterbox

When you add a product to your cart, you will see an option to add a personalised greeting card for £1. Only one greeting card can be added per order.

To maintain freshness, we recommend storing your chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Avoid refrigeration as it can cause the chocolate to bloom and lose its smooth texture.
We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and proof of purchase must be provided. Returns are not accepted on sale items.
To start a return, contact hello@lovecocoa.com. If your return is accepted, please return the item to the sender address. Please note customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. It may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to appear on your card.

We work closely with growers who farm fairly, pay their workers properly, and share our commitment to creating positive change within the cocoa industry.
Our cocoa is sourced responsibly from Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador, with much of it crafted at origin, helping more value stay within farming communities and supporting long-term livelihoods.
In the past, Love Cocoa has also supported global reforestation initiatives through partnerships that funded the planting of over one million trees. Today, our focus continues to be on building a fairer, more transparent chocolate supply chain that’s better for the people behind it.
