ORDER INFORMATION
- Order before 1 PM for same day despatch (Mon-Fri)
- Our bars come in boxes which can fit up to 9 bars in and are delivered through the letterbox (95% of letterboxes). Orders over 9 bars and truffle tubes may not fit in letterbox boxes.
- No billing information is included in the parcel.
- Include a gift message and this will be included with your order on the despatch sheet. We also have some cards available.
- If ordering a pre-order item your full order will be delivered together, not separately.

UK MAINLAND
- £3.50 STANDARD DELIVERY 48 HOUR TRACKED with Royal Mail (2-4 working days delivery), free over £39.99.
- £5.99 TRACKED EXPRESS DELIVERY (1 working days in 99% of cases this is next day if ordered before 1pm the previous day however due to Covid sometimes this is out of our control).
Please note that delivery to the EU is currently unavailable until further noticed.
SUMMER DELIVERY
- During the summer we will reserve the right to hold the product until the temperature drops below 28 degrees to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.
- Due to the high heat over the summer months in Europe it is not possible for us to ship our chocolate outside UK. At Love Cocoa we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, gourmet chocolate and as this may be compromised by the risk of melted products we have halted all international shipping until September. If you have any questions regarding this or would like to arrange a special overseas delivery we may be able to arrange this for you. Please feel free to get in touch via contact page.
COVID-19 UPDATE:
- Our fulfilment centre is running with a smaller number of staff for safety, and therefore your order may not be despatched on the same day even if placed before 1pm on a working day. Our products might be delicious but they’re also perishable. Once they've left our warehouse, we have little control over the temperature or conditions of your order in transit, so we cannot accept responsibility for melted or damaged products.
For heat reasons the following countries we unfortunately do not currently deliver to:
