Recipe: Love Cocoa Coconut Kisses

Let's make Brazilian 'beijinho de coco' (coconut kisses).

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (397g) condensed milk
  • 100g desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 Love Cocoa Blonde Bar (75g), finely chopped
  • Whole cloves (one for each kiss)

Instructions
1. Prepare the mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed milk, desiccated coconut, and unsalted butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan (about 10 minutes).

2. Add chocolate: Remove from heat and stir in the finely chopped Love Cocoa Blonde Bar until fully melted and combined. Allow the mixture to cool in the fridge overnight.

3. Shape the kisses: Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, grease your hands with a bit of butter and roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

4. Coat with coconut: Roll each ball in the extra desiccated coconut until fully coated.

5. Add the clove: Press a whole clove into the top of each coconut kiss.

6. Chill and serve: Place the kisses on a tray and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

Enjoy your delightful Love Cocoa Count Kisses!
