  • Great Taste 2-Star Award
  • "An uncompromisingly bitter chocolate that is well tempered and shiny with a really soft salty flavour that speaks of salt flakes rather than crystals."

"A good glossy bar with a nice snap. The salt starts to come through as the chocolate melts - there is not a big burst of fruit but more a deep rich chocolate with very little astringency. A delicious little burst of salt."

  • Ingredients
  • 30g Organic fair-trade dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter), organic fair-trade cane sugar, organic vanilla extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin 0.1%. Min. Cocoa solids 70%, Maldon Sea Salt.

Allergens: Please see bold above. Chocolate is made in a factory that occasionally handles nuts and gluten.

    Lovely flavour!

Really liked this one! The salt works really well and the dark chocolate is rich and satisfying. The 30g bar is perfect as a treat too! Lovely :o)

    Loved this bar

Lovely natural orange taste - loved it

    Tasty treat

This unusual, sophisticated bar is an interesting variation on the combination of chocolate and orange. It is subtle and delicious. Highly recommended.

    Gift for Dad & I

My Uncle worked for Cadbury’s for over 30 years and I spent time at bournville with grandparents as a child. I’m am so pleased that James Cadbury has produced a 5 star quality product. I absolutely love it and recommend to all friends and family to see.
Is there a consideration to included nuts or dried fruit in future products?
I fully support and will continue to buy James Cadbury, Love cocoa.

    Avocado choc, whatever next?!

It was strangely avocado-ey and quite delicious. The avo comes through right before the cocoa aftertaste, very subtle and mainly a really good chocolate!

Loved the chocolate as it wasn't too sweet and had a lovely texture. Was less keen on the coffee flavoured bar because not keen on the texture with the bean chips.
Would have preferred the bar wrapping to be fully recyclable - this is possible and seems a missed opportunity for a new company.

Hi Fiona, we are moving to compostable plastic as soon as we run out of the current ones :)
