Our chocolate bars are all handmade in the United Kingdom with love. We source the finest cacao from Ecuador and Dominican Republic. We then add in delicious and unusual inclusions to create the perfect chocolate bar. For this chocolate bar we use freeze-dried avocado which is grown and then freeze-dried in Mexico. This is shipped to the U.K and we add the avocado to our chocolate to create this delicious vegan dark chocolate bar.

Emulate and mimic the flavours of this bar when deciding on an appropriate pairing, look for a medium bodied red wine, ideally with notes of cherry, raspberry and plum, soft tannins and elusive smokiness. Alternatively, Lapsang Souchong tea dried over a smoking pine fire, imparts a sweet, clean smoky flavour and creates a unique exquisite pairing for our chocolate, the richness of both mingle and merge and create a sumptuous experience.
