Dark chocolate with Sea Salt must be one of the best combinations ever. Use this chocolate to make energy balls and you will obtain a nutritious and delicious snack! Even better, these treats are no-bake, so they are super easy and quick to make, and are a brilliant alternative to an everyday sugar-laden chocolate bar. You’ll get the best results if you use a food processor, as the texture will be super smooth and delicious, however if you want to use some elbow grease, that will work too!

Ingredients

1 Love Cocoa Sea Salt 70% Dark Chocolate bar

1 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1 ¾ cup oats

½ cup shredded coconut

½ cup shredded almond

1 cup dates

Sea salt

Method

  1. Combine 1 cup of oats, shredded coconut, almond and dates in a food processor until the mixture is fully combined.
  2. If you want the texture to be totally smooth, add the ¾ cup oats to the food processor and pulse this too, but if you want more of a variety of texture, leave the ¾ cup out and add this to the mixture by hand.
  3. Place the oats, filling and dates into a bowl.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the peanut butter and honey. Add Love Cocoa chocolate bar until melted.
  5. Pour the hot mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  7. Leave in the fridge or freezer for around 2 hours.
  8. Keep the energy balls stored in the fridge.

  • These energy balls are a lovely idea BUT
if you are a Uk brand why are measurements in ‘cups’ eg a third of a cup of honey
Why not have measurements in grams (as you chocolate bars are) and ounces (This would
work in more places in the world).
I dislike coconut and my partner has a peanut allergy So that is a shame.,Could you put alternative
Ingredients and if you. Think cup measurements should be listed then list grams and ounces too.
Please take on board thank you

Not enough

The only problem was there was not enough chocolates in the box

A Delicious Selection

The chocolate is delicious - beautifully smooth, and the flavoured bars have a lovely balance to them - with the added bonus of ethical, sustainable production.

Quality chocolate

I saw a recommendation on Facebook about this chocolate, I ordered some and I wasn't disappointed, great chocolate, especially the sea salt and the honeycomb. Would thoroughly recommend

Where's the Avocado?

Was super excited to try out this dark chocolate bar & although the chocolate itself tastes delicious; I struggled to find the avocado within this bar.. Was a huge disappointment for the amount of money I spent on it!

Need more chocolates

Good flavour, nice packaging, just need more of them
